So many things happening in this industry lately. So many people looking for new homes. So much change.

As much as I want to reach out to people I know would love working with me, I won’t do it. It’s not the right approach in this industry anymore. This business is so saturated, and I often feel unheard. This part doesn’t come easy for anyone.

I left Seint Beauty last year to focus on team building with Bellame. I’ve always been a top seller, but my passion lies in helping women earn income and build their legacies. I’ve always been someone who leads by example. I work hard because that’s what you have to do in this industry, whether you’re focused on team building or just sales. I match energy, meet you where you are, and help you get the resources to grow. I’m not someone who promises bells and whistles because there aren’t any. You make this business work by working at it. You have to believe in the product and the company.

I’ve watched many team leaders focus solely on recruiting and let their personal sales go. How is that going to work? Nobody should have to give up on anything, whether they have a team or not. I firmly believe you can have both!

I’m a mother, a sister, a friend. I am available. I am kind. I listen and help. I work my business into my life, as it becomes part of who you are, and everyone in it becomes family.

All I want to say is: choose wisely. Reach out and ask the questions. Get on a call with the CEO. Be seen and be heard.

A few nights ago, before going to bed, I checked my back office where our sales numbers are tracked. We had a sale the day before and when I refreshed the page in the morning, I was stunned to see our team sales jump from 10k to 47k!

This is the first for me! I’ve never experienced anything like this in the industry—it was absolutely magical and amazing.

The women I work with are incredibly inspiring, deeply committed to this business and the industry. I couldn’t be prouder or more honored to work with them every day.

Many of you know my Instagram following is growing, but most of my team members are not “influencers”. They are everyday women—stay-at-home moms, working mothers, grandmothers, wives, and sisters—who have seamlessly integrated this business into their lives.
