Central Oklahoma Black/Red Alliance (COBRA) The Central Oklahoma Black/Red Alliance (COBRA) is an anti-capitalist information clearinghouse.

The Central Oklahoma Black/Red Alliance (COBRA) is an anti-capitalist information clearing house and DIY media network. This new-media project is part of an international informal network that not only provides an alternative media outlet for people who are accused or convicted of anti-capitalist, anti-state, anarchist and earth/animal liberation direct actions, but is also somewhere we can publis

h direct action reports from active revolutionary groups. In this way, we aim to help revolutionary individuals and social movements bypass the corporate media’s manipulative stranglehold on information. COBRA objectives:

-Elimination of the State, hired labor, inequality, and private property;
-Construction of a free society, without classes or States or frontiers, founded on anarchist federalism and mutual aid;
-Abolition of all forms of authority whether economical, political, social, religious, cultural or sexual;
-Widespread introduction of direct democracy, the transfer of full key decisions about the public life to assemblies of workers, students, and other groups of oppressed people. We actively oppose all manifestations of prejudice within the workers' movement and society in general and we work alongside those struggling against racism, sexism, [religious] sectarianism and homophobia as a priority. We see the success of a revolution and the successful elimination of these oppressions after the revolution being determined by the building of such struggles in the pre-revolutionary period. The methods of struggle that we promote are a preparation for the running of society along anarchist and communist lines after the revolution. We oppose imperialism but put forward anarchism as an alternative goal to nationalism. We defend grassroots anti-imperialist movements while arguing for an anarchist rather than nationalist strategy. Our planning shall always be based on direct action, against parliamentarism and reformism, both on a theoretical and practical point of view. This website aims to collect and distribute news and analyses produced by various anarchist, communist and libertarian socialist groups and organizations from throughout the world. By doing so, those involved hope to facilitate debate and discussion of libertarian socialist and anarchist ideas, and improve communication between such organizations globally. The site is also intended to bring these ideas to a wider audience and encourage more people interested in social change to join and form anarchist-communist groups, and to network such groups. The purpose of the site is to:

-Collect and distribute the news and analysis produced by anarchist, libertarian socialist and communist organizations and individuals worldwide;
-Facilitate fraternal debate and discussion between organizations and individuals of these traditions and promote greater unity between them on an international level;
-Provide a space where other anarchists, socialists and anybody else can learn about the activities and views of the anarchist tradition and engage in constructive dialogue with them; to provide a space for alternative, critical views and analyses of the world from a libertarian perspective. Our solidarity is not based on whether the contributions which we receive fit a strict ideological checklist. We do not impose ideological limits on our solidarity, although we DO NOT support people that provide information to law enforcement or snitch on allies or co-defendants. We have no connection to the direct action groups which send us anonymous reports, other than in our general support for actions taken by individuals or groups in the fight against capitalism, against the state, and for earth, animal and human liberation. We also denounce the capitalist-industrial system itself for its mass terrorist activities in furtherance of profit and control. Similarly, any direct action listed on this website does not imply our participation or personal involvement in it, unless we specifically stated this ourselves. COBRA reaffirms a commitment to the polymorphous revolutionary struggle and to all forms of resistance against exploitation, be they sit-ins, leafleting, occupations, graffiti, general assemblies, strikes, sabotage and attacks against oppressive machinery. Most importantly, our listing or support of any prisoner DOES NOT – in any way, shape or form – indicate that COBRA believes a prisoner to be guilty of any alleged “crime” unless the prisoners themselves assume responsibility. Our solidarity IS NOT based upon perceived guilt or innocence; nor is it based upon a prisoner’s alleged support of, or connection to, an underground movement or activity. Listing and support, as described above, is based upon one being charged and/or accused of revolutionary/liberationist activity taken in defense of the earth – rather than whether we believes such allegations to be true or false. Information from revolutionary, anti-imperialist, alternative, independent and movement media or individuals is encouraged.

Mapping Project 2025: Investigating the GOP's playbook for a far right authoritarian takeover of American government.

As we've been labeled "gang leaders" of "Antifa" by the disarmament regime and therefore obviously hold the grand roster of all dues paying "members," in the light of the unprofessional 🤡shoed events in PA at the Turnip rally, we are forced yet pleased to make this official public statement:

08/07/2024

This is the cover of the new issue of The New Republic, a magazine that has been published for 110 years.
New Republic writes: We chose the cover image, based on a well-known 1932 Hi**er campaign poster, for a precise reason: that anyone transported back to 1932 Germany could very, very easily have explained away Herr Hi**er’s excesses and been persuaded that his critics were going overboard. After all, he spent 1932 campaigning, negotiating, doing interviews—being a mostly normal politician.

+

But he and his people vowed all along that they would use the tools of democracy to destroy it, and it was only after he was given power that Germany saw his movement’s full face.

Today, we at The New Republic think we can spend this election year in one of two ways. We can spend it debating whether Trump meets the nine or 17 points that define fascism. Or we can spend it saying, “He’s damn close enough, and we’d better fight.”

+

We unreservedly choose the latter course. And so we have assembled herein some of our leading intellectual historians of fascism; a member of the fourth estate who learned firsthand what the Trump lash feels like; a leading expert on civil-military relations; a great Guatemalan American novelist with a deep understanding of immigrants’ lives; one of our most incisive cultural critics; and a man with all-too-real experience in living under a notorious authoritarian regime.

+

The scenarios they describe are certainly grim. We dare you to say, after reading these pieces, that they are impossible.

For those of you who find the parallels between Star Trek and real world history eerie, we’d like to point out that the “neo-Trotskyists” have won in France, right on schedule for the Bell Riots in September. 😉

Devotion to capitalism requires leaving a lot of people behind. Our system has made about as much room as it is going to make for disabled people, columnist Mike Ervin writes.

The Sisters are turning 45 this Easter, and we’re looking to distribute $45k in GRANTS! APPLY HERE until Sunday, March 17, 11:59 PM PST:
https://www.thesisters.org/grants

The Sisters are looking for under-funded, small organizations and projects providing direct services to under-served communities. The majority of these organizations and projects receive little, if any, government or mainstream funding and may be in the early stages of development.
We are especially thrilled to fund special projects (over general operations), to support innovators, and to provide seed money that will have a ripple effect. We welcome applications whether or not you have 501-c3 status or a fiscal sponsor.
Our grants are typically $250 to $1,000. We rarely fund groups with budgets over $500,000.
We favor projects that serve the SF Bay Area or particularly embattled communities in other locales around the country.
