Quick casual chain, Island Fin Poké, could be entering the Sacramento market. A business operation filing was made with the City of Sacramento last week under the name "ISLAND FIN POKE DELTA SHORES" with an estimated start date of September 2023. The address listed is 8140 Delta Shores Cir S #130. However, no upcoming or existing California locations are currently listed on the company's web site.
