The Challenge:
The 2011 5th Annual Fairfax Short Documentary Film
Challenge will be taking place in Fairfax on the weekend
of March 18th - 20th. Filmmakers will have 48 hours to shoot,
edit and create a DVD of a 4 min documentary. When:
The challenge will start 7pm on Friday the 18th of March at the Fairfix Cafe in downtown Fairfax. At that time a number of items that must be part of every doc

umentary will be revealed. Who:
The Challenge is open to anyone who wants to participate and many of our previous entrants have been first time filmmakers. You must supply your own equipment

Results:
The winning documentaries, and as many others as time permits, will be shown at a special screening during the Fairfax Documentary Film Festival scheduled for the weekend of April 1st - 3rd. Winners for both Juried & Audience Favorite will be announced and prizes awarded at that screening.
