In addition, this date marks Erev Rosh Hashana, the start of the Jewish High Holidays. Rosh Hashana marks the birth of the human race and reminds us that what’s truly worthy of celebration is the part of us that is uniquely human-the drive to live a more meaningful and mission-oriented life. It is a time of reflecting on the past year, to prepare to do better in the next one.
During this time and always, it is important for us to not only seek forgiveness from others, but also to forgive others and ourselves. Within the act of truly letting go, both the forgiver and forgiven receive freedom.
Let’s gather to reflect on the beauty and kindness of releasing ourselves and others from the heavinesses we carry.

Posted • Boundaries have become a popular topic within psychological and wellness circles because they are essential in protecting and maintaining healthy relationships to others and self. Many folks, however are challenged when it comes to setting and upholding them.
While we can admit to the importance of this from a purely logical stance, there are parts of us that resist, fear, and even reject implementing and maintaining boundaries due to early developmental attachment wounding, trauma, and more.
We invite to explore your history with boundaries within different relationships and to fine tune and build upon their foundation!
In this series, we will begin by taking inventory of our existing boundaries, exploring our relationship to limits, an identifying & releasing those which no longer serve us, in order to make space for a healthier structure.
We will recalibrate and reinforce the boundaries which are appropriate and create new ones, more aligned with all areas our present lives, including but not limited to spiritual, financial, physical, sexual, familial, social, and business.
This experiential workshop series will include somatic practices, expressive arts, hypnotherapy, reiki, sound journeys, group discussion, guided journaling, plant & mineral allies, and more!
We look forward to you joining us for 4 Sundays: September 18, October 16, November 20, and December 11 from 4-6:30pm.

Posted • So this class is starting in a a month. This is a deep dive into the chakra system which really is the foundation/root of everything. When we deeply know these centers we can learn to truly shift and help others shift. These classes will be recorded for those unable to attend zoom in real time.
In this experiential course, you will learn about the seven basic chakras, their colors, positions, meanings, history and the psychological issues and illnesses related to each energy center. The archetypes associated with each chakra will be touched on as well as the quality of a chakra (i.e. closed, opened, blocked etc).
You will learn ways to stimulate and shift these energy centers through a multitude of exercises and tools leading to the healing of patterns. This class is foundational in learning more about yourself and others and will help you to open up to the knowledge about everything from crystals to yoga to energy healing.
It is highly recommended to take the whole course to see how our energy centers build on the chakra before and to have a full understanding but the class can be split up if you’re wanting to delve deep into just a few of the chakras.

Posted @withregram • @crow.mother Next Friday, March 12th at 7:30pm⠀ with my sweet friends at @getrightwellnesscollective .⠀ ⠀ ⠀ This workshop aims to connect us with our energetic bodies and give us tools to heal our precious chakras, or “wheels”.⠀ ⠀ Joining virtual circle together, we’ll open with an invocation expressing gratitude and intent, followed by a brief meditation to ground unto the space and one another - all aimed at awakening our attention to the energetic centers of our bodies, the 7 (basic) chakras.⠀ ⠀ From there, the properties of these 7 chakras will be outlined and honored. We’ll look into how they present when both balanced and imbalanced and practice methods of treating and balancing through Vedic chanting.⠀ ⠀ Further, we’ll dive into more information on additional energy centers in the body and and ways to find alignment and harmony there.⠀ ⠀ Attendees will have the opportunity to share their experience and ask questions relating to their own energetic “wheels” before practicing “wheel” balancing techniques offered.⠀ ⠀ The circle will close with a moment of gratitude. *tickets found in bio*, xo.
