Money blocks. Something i've been really consciously working on this year as i move into this next phase and chapter in my career and life!

I'm not afraid to make money and have never had any fears around that, its HOLDING money that have been my biggest lessons over the years! I have sabotaged big time in the past which i see is so common with women!

I started this book a week ago and so far i'm really enjoying it. Denise is honest, very engaging and so spot with her analogies i feel like she is inside my head reading my thoughts! Highly recommend if you have some clearing yourself to do.

The Japanese company Enagic I work alongside held their annual convention in Las Vegas last week celebrating their 49th year!

Sales were recognised, legacy income being awarded (4 people in our community achieved this and are now paid for life with option to pass on to their kids!), with the growth and generosity of this company on show for us all to witness and be a part of.

2500 people attended the sold out Vegas event, including at least 60 people from our own water community here in Australia and NZ. 🤯🇦🇺

Watching it live stream, the biggest and most exciting takeaways as a business partner were:

1. Enagic is No. 1 in the world for water ionisation technology. They recorded $1+ billion in sales with the next water ioniser company achieving only $5 million in sales behind them.

2. Enagic is 49 years old with a 500 year vision. They are still wholly family owned, still only sell via their own patented direct sales model and are worth more than $2+ billion predicting they will double their revenue in the next 2 years!! 2 years!!

3. Only 1% of the population know about Enagic’s water technology, meaning 99% are still yet to see and understand how important and beneficial water Ionisers are to our health and home.. the technology and science backed data is about to explode!

4. This onetime investment that lasts a life time for a family shifts the health for every single person in the family and also removes the need for chemicals and single use plastics in your home. It’s incredible!

It is a company that has built their business solely by word of mouth - direct selling. No corporate advertising, endorsements, big business deals. When you see an athlete promote this water, they bought a machine, no sponsorships!!

Partnering with a company that is No.1 in their industry with a super generous compensation plan that is available for life (you are able to step in and out of the business for life) is like nothing I’ve ever seen before and one I’m hugely proud of.

Conversations with leadership

Leadership starts with leading yourself FIRST.

There will always be challenges and you will always be on the growth train.

Having the discipline to stay true and on course to your vision and your personal goals.

Who is the version of you that you want to be and embody? Make decisions based on HER.
What would SHE do.
How would SHE respond. How would SHE show up?

Flick the switch from victim mindset to solution focussed. Remember life will always life, no matter where you're at. The growth is in the RESPONSE instead of the reaction. Let that land.

Self accountability is a huge piece. What you do behind closed doors is just as important as what you show on social media. Don't be disinegneous; if you recognise a disparity, work on them.

Be integrous with your mindset, your body, AND your health. What you feed your body is important.

Look at who takes your energy and who doesn't? Put yourself in conversations and environments where your expanded instead of retracted.

Priotise 3 things in your life and time block each of them as your daily priority. Relationships, Family, Health, Work, Business etc. choose your three and make those the non negotiable every single day until you reach your goal. everything else isn't the priority until those 3 are done each day.

Time block them if you find it hard to focus. This is key for consistency.

The discipline within yourself of showing up is vital. Lead Her and the rest will evolve and expand.

Divorce the results, marry the process. It's the experiences, the growth, the fun along the away that make the result so much sweeter.

Its a business that starts as an investment into your health and wellness and then becomes so much more.

you cant unsee the income potential when you begin but its what it unlocks inside you as you create and build your business that truly is the magic.

for me, I found my purpose. and with that my joy.

of course i was worried i would fail. of starting something completely new after being in the same industry for 30 years, of not grasping digital marketing, of being too old ( ), of even being able to grow a business online.

yet something inside me kept nudging me to go for it, my intuition 🌙.

and this my friends is the very beginning of what changes you.

on the other side of the fears you find by following the steps and strategy we teach, doing the do, you breakthrough the ceilings that had once kept you stuck, and suddenly you're on the other side with so much more.

its the stretch that allows more spaciousness and stillness, the automation you create that gives you more time, the tasks you once thought you couldn't do become effortless and fun. and your income compounds and duplicates.

Conversations around online business this week

There will be people in your life that will have an opinion on direct sales or ANY WORK that doesn’t pay an hourly rate or salary. This is the conditioning to believe we have to work for someone else taking the risk, look forward to four weeks holiday a year, a pay rise each year for loyalty and working hard, retire at 65.

There has never been a more perfect time and conditions to create your own business working online. Leverage social media, create systems that work for you and automation to scale and compound your income.

Only listen to advice from the people that have taken the risks before you or have created the life you desire and aspire for. It always blows my mind when we allow what an 'old school friend' might say to influence our choices when they aren't even living a life that you want.

Be willing to feel uncomfortable. Learning something new is sometimes hard and at times painful, however on the other side of that is excitement, a sense of accomplishment, financial benefits, time freedoms and so much expansion!

Everything is figureoutable, it truly is. It’s almost like a game you'rr learning how to play.

Success leads clues, find the people who have walked the path before you and learn from them. ⚡

Jump all in; the rewards in helping others, creating impact and being financially rewarded is very empowering, you are changing your life and the next generation watching you 🌱

Its really only been in the last few years i've prioritised this time. one because i have more time, but two, i've also learnt to to value this time. for me. it’s been a big lesson to learn when you are so used to prioritising everyone else before you're own.

currently reading. i bought this book a while ago by as her writings always hit home on her Instagram, especially about finding your centre and also that happiness needs to found within before u seek it externally. I read somewhere where she said that we are most moved by books when we see ourselves in it and i believe that to be true also, when it moves your core deeply with just words.
it’s a book you can open on any page and there is always a really good reflection that truly hits the spot for you right now.

the author wrote this in her twenties which is crazy to me! to have this much insight and reflection about the laws of the universe + perspective at that age is incredible. I wonder what she’ll think of it in her forties…

A huge chapter that’s been playing in the background for over 2 years, debilitating and to be frank, really s**t some weeks and months.

I look back now and realise it was no coincidence I had my 2 big events the two weeks before yesterday. It was building me up ready for the outcome and future self.

The retreat with The Soul lifestyle at Soma cracked me open and reminded me of who I am and the how everything is inside me. ✨

The CELEBRATE event was pure fun and excitement, sparking an energy and light to really go for it next year. Get out of my own goddamn way! I’ve planted my flag in this online business and am so EXCITED for next year. It’s honestly huge!! And the community we are building is epic!

I may not have shown it but I have been playing small the last couple of years. My main focus has been my family as we move through some stuff and thankfully what I’ve been building on the side has supported me as I’ve made my family my main focus.

Celebrating today how far we’ve come, I’ve come.

My heart has reopened, and honestly I feel like I have fresh new eyes🪷.

I can live the life I dream about.

I can have all the happiness.

I am open to receiving and giving.

I’m not bound by anything or anyone.

And as the universe also had it, last night we met with our architect to discuss her 1st concepts. Talk about two extremes in a day! We had been waiting patiently and for it to then fall on the same day ✨ Not a coincidence that’s for sure. Divine timing.

Growth has been the greatest gift. Why can’t we have it all? Why can’t we have a life where we wake up so excited for the day, and work on our terms with what lights us up?!

The truth is we can. ✨
