Dmitry Medvedev pointed out that Putin yesterday, for the first time, allowed Russian weapons to be sent to regions at war with states supplying arms to Ukraine.

"This is a very significant change in our foreign policy ... Let the US and its allies now feel the direct use of Russian weapons by third parties,"
the deputy chairman of the Security Council wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, these persons or regions are deliberately not named, but they can be anyone who considers the United States its enemy, regardless of their political beliefs and international recognition.
