BREAKING: The Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors voted last night to enter an Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGSA) with the Department of Homeland Security for the purpose of providing a facility for detention services similar to Immigration Centers of America (ICA) Farmville. The facility has been subcontracted to Abyon, LLC., a “sister” company of ICA-Farmville. Article to come.
