MY BROTHER REFUSED TO RETURN MY KIDS' LEGO MODELS AFTER HIS SON TOOK THEM FROM MY HOUSE – SO I TAUGHT HIM A LESSON ABOUT WHY STEALING IS WRONG.
My brother and his family visited last month. My kids and I play with Lego and have fun leaving little dioramas and models around my house. Just fun stuff like a fight between Iron Man and Darth Vader. It's our way of leaving "Easter eggs" for each other.
My nephew really liked them and decided to take a few home. When we noticed they were missing, I asked my brother to bring them back. He brushed it off, saying it was just kids being kids and that he'd return them the next time we saw each other.
When I met him for coffee, I reminded him about the toys. He "forgot" to bring them. Fine. Game on.
I asked him a few more times, but every time, he "forgot." I finally got fed up.
After Christmas, I was determined to get all my things back before New Year's Eve so I could start the new year without any loose ends. I came up with a plan to get our models back and shared it with my kids. They were all in, and we started our game.⬇️
