Paying GOOD Salary with a better WELFARE Package for Staff will influence staff to be Truthful and work More for the success of the Org.

Create a good Welfare Package for your staff (Pension/Gratuity, HMO, Leave, Training, Salary Structure, 13th Month, Uniform Allowance etc). No matter how small, add Welfare Package to the Salary you pay to Workers. Address that with a Policy.

Kindly NOTE: If hard working staff resign due to poor Salary and Welfare Package, you will pay more to engage competent hands and it will take you months to train newly employed staff. - WASBO.

My sister, No matter how small or big your POSITION in Office, Business, Association, Society or how Rich you are, you must use SOMETHING to Up and stay at the Top.

Being in Low Level positions, people will think that using SOMETHING is not necessary but by the time they start reaching some High Level Positions in office or having 2 or more shops in the markets/ office branches or continuous winning big Contracts/ Supply Jobs, Political Positions etc; some people in the INDUSTRY which you are operating from, will ATTACK you with Charm or Dangerous Plan because they see you as someone that is BLOCKING their way up.

If they attack you with Charm or Dangerous Plan severally, and their attack didn't overpower you; those People (enemies) will move closer to you, to become your friend because they see you as someone that is also POWERFUL to work with.

That is why you need to use SOMETHING to protect yourself and to go up in Life. If you DON'T use SOMETHING, people that are using SOMETHING will use SOMETHING against you; stopping you from making progress in Life.

Some people are using Prayer, Fasting, Service to God, Holiness and Faith while some people take substances from Spiritual Fathers/ High Priests, some join Spiritual Cult Group to protect themselves and to go up in Life.

Do you know that, God honour Tithe and Giving Alms but Tithe and Giving Alms won't make you a Billionaire. If any religious leaders tell you to drop N5,000 for Church or Mosque, that doesn't mean God will automatically give N50,000 because God is NOT a Money Doubler.
