Just returned from a amazing tour of Snowdonia thanks to . Awesome scenery, although a tad moist and foggy, but that was ideal for my little Yaris up against the big guns of the group. I think there may be a few more Yarii next year!

There was a super diverse and interesting group of cars. Some really surprised me; particularly the 2007 Porsche Turbo which was absolutely silent but a rocket ship in a straight line. Us 4WD people had to stick together whilst the others squirmed around.

Great to meet so many new faces and travel in convoy around some of Wales' greatest roads and sights. And of course thanks to all the venues that hosted us.

Ready for my first test in the Imp this Sunday on the mighty Silverstone GP circuit. Prepping for the Round 1. I think I'll be spending a long time on the rev limiter down the many long straights!

The Dyno Sheet shows wheel horse power, not the crank horse power that you're probably used to. So to account for the drivetrain loss when measuring at the wheel, 17.5% is added to those figures. And that resulted in an increase of 36 bhp to 311 bhp after:

For extra power, and noise, my GR Yaris project car has a Milltek Non-Resonated OPF-Back exhaust, paired with a Garage Whifbitz OPF-Delete. Used with the DTUK Stage 2 Tuning Box and the Intake, this ramps up the power significantly.

Getting the flasher unit to work and tracing the cables was a huge faff, but now it works perfectly; and I still have the option to have the Lazer lamp on constantly, the best of all worlds! I love breaking out all the right products for the job and having a good detailing day. There's no better way to learn about the intricacies of your car than to clean all those places that you never normally would. My favourite product is the Turtle Wax Graphene Flex Wax as the gloss and hydrophobia it provides is incredible.

It wasn't easy to reach the standard throttle pedal when heel & toeing. But now, with the pedal extension, with that extra length and width, it's a joy.
