Over the past 3 years I have guided incredible women through even more incredible transformations and I wont miss a chance to give my Ladies a spotlight here on my page.

Though coming from all walks of life, every single one of these women had one thing in common; they were tired of feeling overwhelmed with the world of misguiding information out there - often times causing them to feel like they were moving backwards!

Happy Friday my beautiful people!!!! 💖✨

I want to talk a little bit about my life for a second. I decided to go through a mini balk for the next few months. Once I made my big move, I lost a lot of weight without intentionally doing it. It definitely can mess with you mentally seeing your body go from one way to a completely different way. I say this to say that I have learned to love my body and every phase that it’s been in. Of course it wasn’t easy seeing myself lose all the muscle mass that I did, but I am thankful that it happened because it taught me to love my body and every season that it’s in.

Just because your body looks one way right now, doesn’t mean that it will be that way forever. Dedicate yourself to your goals and get clear on what your goals are. You’re not alone if you feel uneasy in your own body, but you have to treat “her” with love and respect every single day. Keep working towards your goals, I promise it will all pay off. 🖤

If you could get a glimpse of the body you want, what would you do RIGHT NOW to make it happen?

You can WANT to change your body but it’s what you’re DOING daily to make it happen. I don’t just mean working out in the gym either…it’s the things you do outside of the gym as well. Resting and recovering, prioritizing good eating habits, & setting a good routine for yourself everyday. 👇🏼

3 of my favorite fast, easy, and gut friendly meals to start the day. 🫐🤍

Once I started prioritizing breakfast, my life honestly changed. I used to not eat breakfast everyday and I felt it mentally and physically. My energy levels increased, blood sugar was regulated throughout the day, started seeing more progress in/out of the gym, and a lot more. Don’t skip!!! 🖤

My morning digestive health routine and here’s WHY☀️:

It’s so important to prep your gut and your hormones for the food that you eat throughout the day. These are my favorite things that aid in good digestion throughout the day 👇🏼

bone broth: immunity & inflammation - helps digestive and gut issues, soothes stomach for issues like leaky gut, supports fasting/protein forward diets, & just tastes fire. 😍

probiotic: helps with bloating throughout the day, gut health, & aids in digestion of foods throughout the day.

gluten away: helps to get rid of hidden traces of gluten in foods. This is great for people who have celiac, gf by choice, or trying to eat less inflammatory foods such as gluten.

Peppermint tea: tastes refreshing and it’s always good to start the morning with a hot drink (video for why is in my “reel” section). I alternate between bone broth and peppermint tea.
