The City of Toronto recently announced record breaking levels in direct spend for 2021 productions - Coming in at a whopping $2.5B with production volume of 1,468 projects involving major film & tv series, visual effects and animation work, and TV commercials, this is a proud moment for Torontonians! serviced many of these productions amid the pandemic and we're so excited for another year of rapid expansion ahead.

Our first 2022 is the action packed - crime series - Reacher. A retired military officer arrested for a murder he did not commit and now the police need his help! This series is based on the books by Lee Child. 🎥📖 was proud to have provided studios and support space for this project. The crew was impressive and we'd welcome Season 2 with open arms!

2 years ago, DG Studios began expanding its original footprint and acquired (a 25K sq.ft. studio space with 39ft ceilings located 30 mins from the dtown core) for the use of film & TV production. Since the acquisition, large- named shows like Star Trek: Discovery and Strange New Worlds have made it home to the renowned AR wall being proudly used for virtual production.

DG continues to expand our portfolio with new opportunities for the industry and we want to announce our recent acquisition: 20K sq.ft. of support space at Studio 215! We've married the two facilities to provide another turn key solution to the industry!
