We are happy to announce that Visit Grand Rapids and the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce have come together to print one marketing piece. This partnership is inspiring and will bring many benefits to our members and the community. This year, we will be producing one guide that markets and promotes the Grand Rapids, MN area even more. The guide will be distributed to various locations, including 25 MN Travel Information Centers, Mall of America, Minneapolis International Airport, Explore MN Tourism Travel Guide Requests, NE Area Attractions, Lodging Properties and Businesses, the Chamber Information Center, and individuals who request a Grand Rapids Information Guide through phone, mail, and website. This means that 10,000 guides will be distributed! Although the process has taken us a little longer to complete this year due to combining the two books, we believe it will be well worth it. We are excited to reveal the new cover for 2024. Thank you Visit Grand Rapids for this exciting partnership. Picture by Weisguy Images such a great photo!

I was honored to be the photographer/videographer for the 10th Annual Burggraf's Ace Hardware Caring Fore Kids Charity Classic again this year. This event is a huge collaborative effort and had an amazing turnout, raising $134,000 for the kids at Grand Itasca.

Getting to see firsthand how these funds benefit these kids, their families, and their therapists has been an eye-opening experience. I hope, like Steve said, the event continues on for another 10, 20, or 30 years.

I was honored to be the photographer/videographer for the 10th Annual Burggraf's Ace Hardware Caring Fore Kids Charity Classic again this year. This event is a huge collaborative effort and had an amazing turnout, raising $134,000 for the kids at Grand Itasca. 5/19/23 Auroras near Grand Rapids, MN.

Can't imagine it'll be much longer now. This was around 9-10am this morning.

Technically, this was the night after the full moon. So here was the final 99.4% full moon rise of 2022.

Tonight’s full moonrise from two different cameras. Temp was -4°, so a little chilly out there.

I didn’t obsess about the fall colors as much this year, and I think it’s because the past few years of taking care of the leaves after they fall has taken its toll on me 😂. Nonetheless, I did get out there a few times and put together a few videos, trying to do a little something different so it’s not the same ol’ same ol’. Here’s the first of three. I’m calling this one Fall Forward, as all the shots are generally moving in that direction. (Thanks Kayla for the smooth driving on the final shot here).
