🏆 FCTL THAILAND & ASIA LEAGUE NEW SEASON

***FIFA 23 จะใช้ PS4 เป็นหลักจนกว่า PS5 จะหาซื้อได้ตามปกติ โดยจะแข่งสัปดาห์ละ 2 วันตามปกติ ส่วน PS5 จะเป็นลีกเสริมสำหรับทีมที่สนใจ โดยจะแข่งสัปดาห์ละ 1 วัน / PGS (Pro Gaming Society) ยังคงเป็นพาร์ตเนอร์และผู้สนับสนุนหลักเช่นเดิมในปีนี้

League Structure:
-> 10-14 teams per league
-> 2 matches per night starting from 11.00 PM +07
-> Premier League : Tuesday and Thursday 11.00 and 11.30 PM+07
-> Championship : Monday and Wendesday 11:00 and 11.30 PM+07
-> PS5 League : Wendesday 11:00 and 11.30 PM+07
-> Entry fee : 300 bath
-> Registration End October 21 2022
-> League Start Date October 24 2022

Game Rules
* ANY = NO.
* 20 members maximum
* Teams may reschedule provided that both teams agree.
* match must not be late more than 10 minutes . If it comes later than it will be a forfeit
* No use of players that are not registered. it will be a forfeit win be granted.
* No use of any glitches. If we found a club guilty, it will be a forfeit win be granted.
* Players CANNOT block or interfere with the opposing GK .
* Players are forbidden from interfering with set pieces via use of in game emotes.
* No time wasting! This includes holding the ball in the corner.
* Even though it’s not necessary to live stream games, it would make it easier for
admins, players and managers to sort out any claims.

Match replay
* If you’re in a game and your team are lagging or having connection issues you will
have until the “5 Minute” in game time to back out. you can do this 1 time per game.
* If a match is dropped for both teams during the match.
** Dropped In the 1st half of the game, play 90 minutes of new game. All players
stats were based on the end of the 2nd half of the new game.
** Dropped in the 2nd half of the game.play 45 minute of new game . All players
stats were based on the end of the 1st half of the new game.

Management Agreement
* The manager is responsible for organising matchday games,calling for time,posting
stats and other matchday eventualities etc.
* Summit line up on PGS app berore match.
* Results must be submitted no later than 12 hour after the fixture has been played
* Required image : Line up in lobby room before the match, result of the match, players
stats for SUMMARY, goalkeeper stats.
* All players must to change Know as in game based on their PSN ID.

Penalty
* 1 red card immediately banned next match.
* 2 yellow card immediately banned next match.
* Any player who is found to plays in a game that is banned will be banned more.
* Leaving the game after 5 minutes : Yellow card all player
* Timewasting : 1 red card immediately banned
* Interference with the goalkeeper And players in set-pieces: 1 red card immediately
* Glitched Virtual Pros : 1 red card immediately ban.
* If there is a problem during the match and cannot be agreed stop the match and
notify admin immediately to punish player and then restart match.
* If match have been completed only the player breaking the rules will be punished.
The results of the match are not edited in all cases.

TRANSFERS MARKET
- Free Agents can be signed at any point during a season.
- player contract lasts for one season.
- all players are released at the end of the season.
- Team can edit roster at everytime as long as enough team coins are available.
- use 200 team coins per player if you wish to release a player from your roster during a
season.
