WestIslandGazette.com: Off-Island Hockey Challenge Photo contest for parents of hockey players in Vaudreuil-Soulanges area Does your child play hockey? Are you a proud hockey parent? As you take them, post them!

Do you live in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges area? Well, we have a challenge for you. The West Island Gazette is sponsoring a photo challenge for parents. Get your off-island hockey team to post the most action shots from your game and you might see your pictures published in The Gazette. WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:

Send us photos from an upcoming game – while it is happening. They can be shots of you and the

players arriving at the arena, getting ready for the game, action shots, goal celebrations, great saves, candid close-ups. Group shots or photos of individual players. (Caption information must include the team’s name; players’ names, if possible; and a brief explanation of what is happening in the photo.) The team that sends us the most shots during the game wins. TO QUALIFY:

You must live in the off-island area – Vaudreuil-Dorion, St. Lazare, Hudson, Île Perrot, Pincourt or any neighbouring town in the region. Your child must be on a team from the area. You must join The Gazette’s Off-Island Hockey Challenge page and post your photos.
