Here are some of the health tips she shared:
- Keep a personal health record (Your records from your various doctors)
-Drink lots of water (use bracelets to count how many cups you have had each day)
-Create a happiness plan (list at things you are going to do to be happier in life)
-Measure your waist (make sure it's not more than 35 inches)
-Learn something new to keep your brain healthy.
-Don't use a number to determine your age. It's how you view yourself that counts.
-Have your hearing checked. If you aren't hearing well, you can't stay engaged in conversation.
-Get outside more. Put your feet on the grass or on the sand and take advantage of the natural wonders of Florida!
