I’ve lost count of the times I’ve stopped in my tracks and wanted to call her over the last few weeks.
So much to tell you Suzanne ❤️
I still can’t believe you’re gone.
You were full of life, laughter, and love just radiating warmth wherever you went.
Cancer took her too soon, but it could never take her spirit.
Always in my thoughts & your girl was one in a million and will be in our thoughts and conversations always x

Week one on the Trimbella Shakes experiment 👀 3 and 1/3 lb off!!!
I did feel hungry in the morning because I’m no longer binging at night 🤣
I did want a nice glass of red some nights and a bar of Aldi fruit and nut but I pushed through and had my fruit & yogurt with a cuppa instead 👍🏻😅
Delighted with that!
Walking 40 mins everyday and weight training for 30minutes at Hearts Gym ❤️
You know I always fall off the wagon and go back to me old ways but feeling good and aiming for another good week 😊

Remember when love was all about mixtapes, late night calls on the house phone and your first everything? Fast forward to today Valentine’s Day does it still feel special when you’ve been with your person for DECADES? 🥰 YES! Nobody’s saying we all haven’t had our moments. Relationships get hard as we grow, have babies, financial troubles find us and whatever else adulting throws our way but are you are still with the love of your life, your person? 💘
To all the teenage sweethearts who are now 44 (or somewhere around there), drop a ❤️ if you are still in love! Or tag your valentine and remind them how much they STILL make your heart race.
