‘Ever After Jewelry Co. & Accessories’ at Disney Springs has put aside jewelry and high end products to become a ‘Create your own headband’ factory called ‘Disney Ever After’ - Keeping the signage and some signature store decor, but changing everything else about the store, which charges a small premium for customized headbands!

TBH: This was one of the first ever events at @waltdisneyworld that I just cannot recommend. Even on a good night (which was definitely not the first night) #JollywoodNights was an overpriced mess with 2 good shows, some unique PhotoPass experiences, and lines upon lines to try special Holiday themed treats and beverages.
For the price, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party would make better sense. Mistakes were made, as a consumer - But bigger mistakes were made by the organizers for this poorly planned and poorly executed event.
We became Wilderness Explorers at Disney's Animal Kingdom! (Full Experience)
Our Adventure begins here at the Animal Kingdom, where today we're going to follow in the footsteps of Russell from the 2009 Disney-Pixar film “Up” to become Wilderness Explorers!
The Wilderness Explorers program has been at the Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park since 2013 and has been embraced by more than 23 million guests! Its a fun and interactive program that enables guests of all ages to be a hero in their own conservation story as they participate in a series of self-guided activities to learn about plants, animals, and conservation.
Today, we'll try to earn more than 20 badges that range from helping to save endangered species to recycling and protecting wildlife. Disney emphasizes taking action to help the planet through a program called “Disney’s Planet Possible” and todays exploration will find many messages weaved into the adventure. The Wilderness Explorers program supports Disney’s Planet Possible program as part of a commitment to a bright future supporting a healthier planet for people and wildlife. Since 1995, the Disney Conservation Fund has directed more than $125 million dollars to save wildlife, inspire action and protect the planet.
We had a blast learning about various ecosystems, seeing a variety of animals through areas of the park we've never explored, and collecting badges and learning so much about our local environment here in Florida! The day ended when we received our Wilderness Explorer Badges after the Wilderness Explorer Pledge, which was a great accomplishment!

You've NEVER Had Ice Cream Like This Before! | The Mickey Kitchen Sink at the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor
Our Adventure begins here at the Magic Kingdom, where the fall decorations continue to stir an excitement that isn’t felt much across the state of Florida, with our lack of seasons. 🍂🍁🎃
The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is known to invite guests to Indulge in hand-scooped Edy’s ice cream at this sweetly nostalgic spot on Main Street, U.S.A.
When you walk in, and frankly before you walk in, you’ll be captivated by the delicious and savory smell of freshly made waffle cones. To tantalize your taste buds some more, the Plaza Ice cream parlor boasts 6 standard flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookie ’n Cream, and Raspberry Sorbet. In addition, there are occasional seasonal flavors available throughout the year, like Pumpkin ice cream which was available during our visit.
Guests can order delicious treats from the menu, such as the All American Sundae, a Brownie Sundae, The Plaza Ice Cream Sundae, a Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich served with your choice of ice cream, or Ice Cream Floats (served with Coca-Cola or Barq’s Root Beer) - All of which are priced between $6.49 and $8.29.
Today, we’re giving our tastebuds the adventure of the Mickey Kitchen Sink for $17.99. This treat allows you get to choose any two flavors of hand scooped Edy's ice cream, either hot fudge or caramel drizzled over, and is then topped with Whipped Cream and 2 cherries. If you'd like, you can add an additional toping for just $0.69! We went with Chocolate and Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.
Allison also got a double scoop of their seasonal Pumpkin flavored ice cream, which went beautifully with the decor throughout park - Even if it was hot and humid outside. We loved how they decorated it like a Mickey Jack-o-Lantern!
All in all, the Place Ice Cream Parlor is a real treat for the whole family and we'd highly recommend you stop by for a nice cool treat on your next visit to the Magic Kingdom!

A Pirates Adventure! Searching for Treasure of the Seven Seas with Captain Jack Sparrow!
Our Adventure begins at the Magic Kingdom as we travel through Adventureland to help Captain Jack Sparrow in search of hidden treasures! And while dead men tell no tales, we survived this exciting experience to tell you ours!
This fun experience is available every day from 12pm to 6pm and is completely free with your park admission. You’ll need a magic band, an admission card/pass, or you can ask for a magic talisman to help you throughout your adventure and there is absolutely no time limit – You can start and stop your adventure whenever you’d like throughout the day!
We signed on at the ‘Treasure of the Seven Seas’ building letting one of our kiddos use their magic band as the ‘Magic Talisman’ which would help us throughout our journey! Once we were set up, we were notified of which map to grab to begin our journey.
Each map provides a scavenger hunt that lasts up to 20 minutes. There are 5 total and when you complete each map, you’re supposed to obtain a special card - Granted, they were all out on the day we ventured out.
Our maps took us all over Adventureland, bringing to life so many areas of the park we’ve passed by before and never realized were interactive experiences that brought the story of our maps to life! We saw cannons fire, cursed skeletons rise up from the water, venomous snakes, dart blowers, and a variety of spooky spirits and spells to protect the treasures of the seven seas.
We completed 4 of the 5 maps/missions and even had Captain Jack Sparrow join along with us in search for Calypso’s Crab Claw, where we mixed ingredients into a cauldron to find another treasure!
