Back to the Roots has its foundations at the University of Warwick. It was created in 2010 by a regular hip-hop fan and spawned into a monster with the arrival of DJ OG-Bloke and DJ Insane Demon (who's name was derived from a wu-tang name generator). Many others paid their dues to make the show what it isn't; amusing, calm and rocking. Now in LA,the home of gansta rap, this show has become as ratc

het as a night in Lewisham, thus fulfilling its initial conception. Despite losing the encyclopedic knowledge of DJ OG-Bloke and the wisdom of DJ Insane Demon, I still think this show is worth listening to. So download that UCLARadio app on your phones and listen in every Monday at 10pm LA time.
