โ๏ธTo give our players a better gaming experience and to heighten Zone activeness, we will be launching an initiative to transfer active player characters from select Zones to others.
๐The first round of this initiative will affect the following Zones (some of these will be selected to transfer its suitable characters to the others listed):

๐If any of these Zones experience excess power increase from character transfers beforehand, they will no longer be eligible for this initiative.

๐. An account involved in Zone transfers can only keep 2 characters - if it has more than 2 characters total across its destination and original Zones, the less active characters will be deleted (activeness is judged on HQ level, last login time, etc.). If you'd like to keep more than 2 characters, please transfer extra ones to other Zones as soon as the final schedule is announced.
๐. Transferred characters retain all their individual data including their gold, resources, items, VIP level, etc. Transfers will not result in any loss for the character.
๐. Transferred players may participate in their destination Zone's events; whether the character's progress is saved from the original Zone is subject to the rules of individual events.
๐. In the outgoing Zones, low-activeness characters with HQs below Lv.10 and that have not logged in in the past 5 months will be deleted (this rule is subject to change depending on the final number of characters involved in the transfer).

On their first login after the transfer, character bases will appear in a random location on the destination Zone's map. Log in as soon as possible after your character is transferred and use the "Targeted Teleport" item to move to an advantageous location.

Guilds on outgoing Zones are automatically disbanded. All transferred characters start with no guilds. Login as soon as possible after the transfer to join a power guild in your destination Zone.
๐๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ:
1. A server only allows the Governor to register once;
2. Please fill in your ID, server, and contact information in the registration address, and upload screenshots of your personal information interface and your base in the game;
3. Please register in a timely manner during the registration period, re-registration is not allowed after the deadline;
4. Please obtain the consent of other players on the server in advance. At the same time, we will prioritize the transfer of zones where both parties/multiple parties of Governors agree;
5. If your server's power increases significantly during this period, it will affect your eligibility for the final transfer;
6. Not all zones listed above will participate in zone transfer. We will select zones that are willing to transfer;
7. Ensure that the information is true and valid, and do not register falsely or violate the rules. The final interpretation right belongs to the official of Kiss of War.
๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ:
1. Transfer cooldowns and the cost of discounted transfers are not affected by this initiative. After your character is moved, your wait time to transfer again and the reduction on Transfer Order costs for discounted transfers do not reset.
2. These transfers do not require Transfer Orders.
3. Outgoing and destination Zones will undergo server maintenance during the transfer. Maintenance duration depends on the number of characters involved. You may log onto your destination Zone after transfers are complete. The outgoing (your original) Zone will no longer be accessible.
4. All players from outgoing and destination Zones will receive a gift after transfers are completed.
5. If both servers agree to merge, the server with the newer server number will be merged into the server with the older server number. (Example: If both the 300 and 320 servers put the other's server in the questionnaire, then 320 will be merged into 300 when the merge is finalized.)
6. The questionnaire will ask the Governor whether he/she wants to be the receiving server or the transferring server, if the server doesn't fill in the questionnaire, then the server will obey the official arrangement by default.
๐Governors may register their Zones for the initiative. Please state whether you're signing up to be an outgoing or receiving (destination) Zone, and which Zones you'd like and would not like to move to or accept characters from. We will satisfy your preferences whenever possible though this cannot be guaranteed as our first priority will be to maximize fairness and balance in the game.
