Truth is I’m a perfectionist and I know nothing is perfect but yet it still bothers me at times

If something doesn’t happen my way it’s not a good day…

I’ve been trying more mindfulness and trying to fight my perfectionism.
Its not easy but I’m realizing with time I can get there and I can enjoy myself more than when I use to automatically decide it’s a bad day because it didn’t go my way
If you can relate I challenge you to start thinking differently and trust me it will get better!
