In our busy lives, it's easy to forget the importance of taking time for ourselves. But here's the truth: you can't pour from an empty cup. It's vital to fill your cup by doing the things that bring you joy and peace. For me, one of the best ways to fill my cup is by having coffee with my favorite geldings. It’s a calming moment that grounds me and reminds me of what truly matters.

Taking a step back to do the things you love — whether it’s reading, gardening, or spending time with the herd — helps recharge your mind and body, so you can show up as your best self for others. 💖
