In 1935, a man checked into the President hotel in Kansas City under the name Roland T. Owen.
Arriving with only a toothbrush, some toothpaste, and a hair brush in his pockets, the mysterious man quickly began acting rather odd during his short stay at the Presidential.
However, less than 24 hours after checking in to room 1406, Roland T. Owen was discovered bound, beaten, stabbed, and clinging to life in the bathroom of the small hotel, dark hotel room.
