Aurora is also set to release "Creturs," a feature-length film shot and produced in Lancaster. Written and directed by Carrie King, this pandemic-era thriller follows a family on a small farm as they navigate a new normal and uncover unexpected inhabitants.

The internship program is for-credit and typically offered to upper-level students focusing on video production as a major or minor. The program is an opportunity for college students to gain work experiences, observe best practices, and make connections in the video production industry.

Chicco has become a household name for parents across the globe and we were excited when they came to us seeking a new product release video. The Chicco LullaGlide 3-in-1 bassinet is the first of Chicco’s bassinets that has a glide function to soothe the baby in a side-to-side motion. The bassinet is also lightweight and portable making it easy to transport from room to room to grandma’s house. Those key features, along with other convenience and safety features all had to fit in a 0:60 video.

Chicco has great, consistent branding but is unafraid to try new things with their videos. At Aurora Films, we focus on the story within and wanted to ensure we hit all the features of the bassinet while telling the story of new parents testing the product before the baby came, through the baby's birth and using the bassinet on day one. We provided Chicco a custom music track to go along with the story, giving the video a unique song unheard in any other production. The feature benefit was shot on-location in Lancaster County in a real nursery with a newborn baby.

Last night was a big night for film, tv, and video production in central Pennsylvania. The Lancaster Film & TV group hosted a conversation on on , specifically how producers and hiring managers can diversify crews and the endless positives of an inclusive staff. There was discussion around a fourth letter to DEI: A - Access. One of the biggest challenges in crewing diversity is providing accessible ways to apply. It's a wrap! Last weekend we were in Las Vegas at the Lovers & Friends Fest shooting for an artist performing and the tech rehearsals leading up to festival day. Filming BTS at a packed concert festival can be a challenge, so for this three-day shoot we had a single camera op using an Easyrig for mobility with an assistant. Taking just a few minutes to a few hours cleaning up the areas we live in and being mindful of our environment will make the world a better place. 🌎 ♻️
