I was discussing the wrongful conviction of Michigan man Temujin Kensu with an older relative of mine, and he asked a very interesting question;
“What did he get accused of
And what did he do to find himself in the predicament”
Temujin Kensu was accused of the murder of Scott Macklem in Port Huron. Temujin was in Escanaba, Michigan, 400 miles away, when the murder occurred. He has 9 alibi witnesses to confirm this.
Temujin Kensu did literally nothing to put himself in the predicament of being convicted of a murder he didn’t commit. He didn’t know Scott Macklem.
They both dated a woman at different times who appears to have some variety of schizophrenia which is why she mentioned Temujin’s name to the Port Huron Police Department when she was interviewed. She claimed he was a ninja death commmando who could teleport and jump 40 feet without getting injured.
A corrupt Port Huron PD detective, John Bounds, who was investigated by the Michigan State Attorney General’s Office for his connections to the mafia, pursued a bogus case against Temujin Kensu based on nothing.
Temujin Kensu has been in Michigan prison for 37 years for a crime he did not commit.
