My 2023 grimoire is a good example of repurposing & recycling materials such as an old planner, an old children's book poem, atlas pages, stationary, paper I use to protect my desk when painting... So I think this fits with the prompts of death & rebirth because destruction can lead to creation!

Just because a tradition is targeted at children, doesn't mean it can't be racist or that its racism should be excused. It seems like people using that "but it's for the children" argument when it comes to Saint-Nicolas/Black Pete (Sinterklaas/Zwarte Piet) seem to forgot that it's not made for and it's not fun for ALL children.

Lavender Witch is complete! And almost ready for concerts... :-)

Behold: two new witches have joined the lavender coven! We are happy to introduce to you: Lani on bass and Nour on vocals!

We are starting a new chapter together and we look forward to taking the stage together. We have exciting news coming up regarding upcoming concerts, so stay tuned!

Workshop announcements! This Sunday I'll give a workshop on sigils (DIY witchy symbols) at Studio Sie in Antwerp. It's a q***r-feminist event with workshops, talks, vegan food, and an art market organised by The C**t Pit

And in the weekend after that I'll participate in Critical Thinking Witch Collective 's virtual CritWitchCon where I'll give a short workshop on using mini-zines in magical practice and speak in the "publication and sharing knowledge" panel. -> hurry to apply for the scholarship!

I'll also be a vendor at both events along with other super creative artists and zinesters.
