For the first time ever, Venn Records worked with another shop for an exclusive vinyl variant. Ben from in Norwich was a massive champion for early on and we got chatting about a team up for the new album, ‘Songs For The Deceased’. The Venus Vinyl variant is red with black smoke, limited to 100 and already sold out (sorry if you missed out!).

As always, it was great to visit the shop in person and have a beer. If you’re in Norfolk go check out Venus Vinyl and say hi to Ben, he’s a good lad sticking his neck out for new artists. Vennus Vinyl 4evs!🍻

Let’s get straight to the point. ‘Here To Destroy’ is the second album from . It was recorded live, straight to tape, no autotune, no computers, just a band ripping through takes in a room. Will it put a smile on your face? We think so. Will it make you want to cut the sleeves off your Levi’s denim? Probably. Will it reignite your love for real rock’n’roll, the kind that brings people together in the name of loud guitars and heavy drums? Most definitely.

Split Dogs have been one of our favourite live bands for a while and this album captures the raw energy and punk swagger of the shows perfectly, as well as their knack for writing MASSIVE songs. Pre-orders are up, 28th February 2025, link in bio/story!
