On behalf of the Special Intelligence Task Force and the National Security Headquarters:

Zvi Kogan, an Israeli-Moldovan citizen and Chabad emissary living in the United Arab Emirates, has been missing since Thursday afternoon, November 21, 2024.

Following his disappearance, and amid reports suggesting it may be linked to a terrorist incident, a large-scale investigation has been launched in the UAE.

Israeli intelligence and security agencies are working tirelessly to ensure Zvi Kogan’s safety and security.

As every year, Chief Rabbi Yehuda Garami of Iran visited and prayed today, during the Fast of Esther, with members of the Jewish Community at the tombs of Mordechai and Queen Esther, in the city of Madan in Iran.

This year, the Rabbi and Jews of Iran discovered the Palestinian terrorist flag raised outside the grounds of the two tombs due to the war in Gaza.
