🌴Saint-Jean- Cap-Ferrat Part 1🌴

This little slice of paradise was recommended to me by a lovely lady on the train from Marseilles to Cannes.

It doesn't have a direct stop on the train line, and we spent a few days figuring out if we actually wanted to go there and if we could get there at all - me with a busted knee and us trying not to spend $$$.

Finally we said, f*** it and Ubered our way over which was actually not bad at alllll. And 10000% worth it. So much so we went back again 🤩.

Part one was pretty much oysters, rosé, boats, and stunning views.

It's gorgeous, and tiny, and off the beaten path. Food was insanely delicious and the people were so friendly. So basically, it was perfect.

🌾Manitoba Trip Part 2 🌾

I spent a lot of time in this park many years ago and I'm so happy the twins got to visit on our first trip to the Prairies ☺️

The added beer garden and taco truck doesn't hurt.

🌾Manitoba Trip part 1🌾

Thanks to family priority lines in Toronto, endless snacks, and fully charged tablets with pre-downloaded movies, and empty moving sidewalks to play tag on, we survived our first airport experience and flight with the twins!

The first 75% of our day was a big win 🙌🏻.

No thanks to the lengthy in-plane delay after landing in Winnipeg and a car rental pickup that has me questioning why certain people bother to work in customer service in the first place, the remaining 25% of our day went off the rails and straight into a dumpster fire 🫠.

Though it was mostly salvaged by a cockpit visit for the kiddos thanks to the female pilot, a homemade family meal, and puppy + kitty playtime 🐕🐈.

Not shown: Ry and I repeatedly whisper screaming "DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING DON'T PRESS ANYTHING" while the kiddos were behind the controls 🤣
