Who doesn't love a good scallop that is cooked to perfection? Mushroom hater would even love this dish because the texture is similar to the scallop. This savoury dish does come with a kick thanks to the green chili. Without a doubt, this is one of my favourite appetiser/dish to order .my

These tiger prawns were seared to perfection. Juicy, succulent with a hint of sweetness when you get a nice bite of that plump meat. If you do feel the need to cut off some of the grease, feel free to squeeze some lemon to refresh your palette. It comes with two slice of toast drizzled with olive oil. .my

Lazy to make pizza, so I improvised!

Food: Tuna or Luncheon Pizza

As long as you crave for it, you can make it! I just use bread as my base, add ketchup as my tomato paste, Tuna & Luncheon Meat as my filling, while topping it off with mozzarella cheese! Never cheap out on cheese! The type of cheese you use will definitely impact your 'pizza'!

Spinach Wan Tan Mee

This delicious handmade noodles are infused with spinach leaves that provide that vibrant green colour. Top along with some savoury munched meat & sweet sliced Char Siew added with some extra greens or bak choy on the side.
Although there is no sauce, the char siew and the minced meat provide enough flavour to give it a light savoury & somehow refreshing taste!
