For the past year, Aidan, Jeffrey, and Sara have been meeting with the intention of growing and pushing each others' creative pursuits. With the help of some patient friends, they were able to put out their first short, Missed Connection (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H4bcEVA0xZk), in February. John's introduction to the group some months ago fortuitously coincided with the group's decision to ki
ck it up a notch. She hails from Arlington, Virginia, and is currently working on a MFA in television writing from the TV Writers Studio at Long Island University in Brooklyn. Her first career as a professional figure skater has prepared her for not much else but showbiz. Jeffrey Emerson graduated Blacksburg High School in 1993. He has performed in over 50 plays in L.A. Chicago and New York. He has acted in commercials, TV, and movies. The best rap group in the world is King Crab, and he's in it. Their hit video 2057 can be seen on YouTube. John Reaves is a stock-boy at a greeting card shop who recently got a promotion to key holder. He started stand-up in Richmond, Virginia, after dropping out of film school. He looks forward to showing his hometown what he's got. Sara Roan is a writer and performer, though she maintains a day job that relies heavily on calculators. The only non-Virginia native in the bunch, she's excited to act as a somewhat neutral third party between her friends and the Old Dominion. Together they work as Blazers On Films.
