Church Friends was founded by George Potts Young, when he was hired to staff a band and singers for Essence Music Festival. It began as a group of friends who all knew each other through church affiliations, but it's become a culture, that has transcended genres and state lines. Since it's inception in 2009, Church Friends has evolved into an agency that provides music/creative consulting and dire

cting, contracting singers and bands for events and organizations, artist/tour management, PR/Marketing campaigns, book publishing, live event production, and development of content for tv, film and theatre.
