Athlete Check-In is now open!
If you want to be on the start line on Saturday, then make sure you come to athlete check-in with your confirmation email to collect your race bib.

⏰Opening Hours:
Friday 24 May: 10am - 7pm
Saturday 25 May: 4:30am - 9:45am (depending on your race distance as you can't check in once your race has started!)
If you are unable to attend... no worries - another person can check in on your behalf, providing they have a copy of your confirmation email 👍

Athlete Check-In & Expo opens tomorrow!

📍Noosa Heads Lions Park, Noosa Heads
Here you'll get to pick up your race bib so make sure your bring the email with a copy of your QR code to check-in. Make sure to hang around and enjoy some tunes!
We will also be open on Saturday 25 May from 4:30am - 6:00am for last minute Athlete Check-In.

Did you know that a bag drop service is available for runners at Lions Park (where the finish line will be) on race day! 🎒
Location: Lions Park Festival Village
Date & Time: Saturday 25 May from 5am
You will be provided with a gear bag and bag tag at Athlete Check-In. We recommend popping in a warm jumper, change of socks/shoes, sunscreen and basically anything that will make you feel better post-race!
There will be a tag attached to the race bib that runners can use to label their bags.
All bags need to be collected by 1pm! 👍

As we're filling the streets with thousands of happy runners in Noosa on Saturday, there'll be a few road closures and car park closures in place.
Here are a few great options for you to get to Athlete Check-In & your start line!
🚌 Shuttle Service
A FREE Shuttle Bus Service will be available to transport all runners & supporters to the venue all day during the weekend.
Stop 1: Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union Club
Stop 2: Noosa Junction Station
Stop 3: Event Village at Noosa Heads Lions Park
🕐 Saturday 25 May: 4:00am-6:00pm
🕐 Sunday 26 May: 4:00am-6:00pm
⛴️ Ferry Service
You could also take the ferry to the race start! Noosa Ferry will be offering early morning express services departing Pelican Boat hire (Ferry Stop 3) in Noosaville direct to Hastings Street, Sofitel Jetty (Stop 7). Bookings are essential.
🚗 What about parking?
Parking is available at Noosa Junction or the Noosa Dolphins Rugby Club. As always, normal parking laws apply and we ask that you please consider the local community.

Here is some key information to remember for race day!
Anyone needing to drop their bag off on the morning, please do so at Lions Park prior to heading to your start wave – there will be NO bag drop facility at the start line. Please allow 15 minutes to walk from Lions Park to your start area.
To get to the start line simply follow the orange dotted line situated on the south side of Noosa Parade from Lions Park to access your start line area. There you will line up in your start zone colours.
We will also have some top quality coffee brewing on race morning at Expo from First Batch coffee! ☕
Please collect your bag at the Event Hub at the finish line before 1pm. Any remaining gear will be donated to Charity.

Get your whole crew to the Event Village and check out our Spectator Map! 😎🥳
We have identified a number of great spectator viewing locations. Please view the Spectator map and familiarise yourself with the best way to get around the course!
A free shuttle bus is available for athletes and spectators to help transport you to and from the Event Village at Lions Park.
Stop 1: Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union Club

Stop 3: Event Village at Noosa Heads Lions Park
Saturday 25 May 4:00am - 6:00pm

Please note between 4:00am-6:00am, athletes and volunteers will have priority access to buses. Buses will run roughly every 10 minutes!

We can't believe the 2024 ASIC Runaway Noosa Marathon is SOLD OUT!
We don't have any waitlists but you can join our Runaway Noosa Entry Transfer group on Facebook to try get a transfer from a registered athlete.
Athletes can transfer their race entry to someone else, subject to the following terms:
👉Person to Person transfers accepted up until 5:00pm (AEST) on 16 May 2024. No Person-to-Person transfers accepted after this date.
👉A transfer fee of $27AUD (including all fees and taxes) will be charged to the withdrawing athlete.
👉Athletes can formally transfer their entry to someone else within the same distance event already entered.
👉 It is not possible to transfer your entry to someone else who is wanting to do a different distance event (i.e. Half Marathon to 10km).

As well as the marathon distance, there is also a half marathon, a 10km run and a 5km fun run/walk.
