Did you know?

When an agent or homeowner contracts with a photographer, they're actually paying for a limited-use, limited-term license for the listing photos that are taken?

Most contracts retain copyright with the original creator (photographer), who LICENSES the images for the sole purpose of marketing a property listing.

Zillow, on the other hand, doesn't care.

Even though these images are what powers their entire system, they haven't paid a dime to use them legally.
