🎙️ On this day 4 years ago, I launched the first ever episode of the Beyond Reality Podcast!
💡 It was something that I’d been wanting to do for years but in the busy world of TV never had the time - turns out that bit hasn’t really changed, which is why the podcast has had so many production breaks over the years!
⭐️ Thank you to all the amazing TV professionals I’ve interviewed over the years for sharing their stories and putting themselves out there in a way that can be daunting for people who are used to being behind the scenes.
🌟 Thank you especially to the brave Season 1 guests, who trusted me enough to say YES before anyone knew what the show actually was. You enabled me to launch with an incredible lineup, that paved the way for other incredible TV talent to want to be a part of the show.
💫 Thank you also to Bri La Rance, who has recently come on board to co-produce, lending her post production talents to the editing process on most of the current season’s episodes, making season 4 possible! After 3 years of going it alone, it’s been so nice to have someone to bounce ideas off, ease the editing load, and inject some fresh enthusiasm to the podcast.
✨ Thank you also to my husband Tom, who has always supported and encouraged me with my little passion project, who listens to EVERY EPISODE before it’s released and gives his honest feedback, and for being a sounding board at all hours of the day or night. I couldn’t have done it without you.
