Life in Perspective (Anekantvad) This page is about Life perspective but is not limited to perception, it comprises everything about Anekantvad originated from Hinduism.

The parable illustrated below best explain what Anekantvad(a) means.

“There was an elephant that came to a village. No one had ever seen an elephant before, and all the villager were very excited. There were five blind men who also lived in the village, and they were also excited to hear about this elephant, so they converge at the place where the crowd had gathered to see it. The crowd made way

so that they could get close to the elephant and touch it. They were all thrilled witht he experience, and on their way back home they started discussing it. The first man said, ” An elephant seems very much like a snake— long, thick and moving about!” The second man said, “My friend, maybe you are mistaken. An elephant is very much like a short, thin rope!” The third man disagreed, ” you are both wrong. My elephant was flat and thin and it moved slowly, producing a gentle wind. An elephant is very much like a large flat fan!” The fourth man said, ” Absolutely not, an elephant is like a solid wall!” The fift man said, ” My friends, your sense of touch is not what it used to be. An elephant is round and solid like a thick pillar!”

Multiplicity of Perspective evokes emotional intelligence.

This was written last 2018. May this lesson learnt will be a vehicle of positivity. We all are waiting for the right time, but there is no such thing as right time. Time becomes right when we ourself is ready for such that we aspire for. For change to come; you have to change.

It is time. It is my time.

Mid 2017 was somehow devasting for me, felt like everything was falling apart. However, a few months before the year ended I realized that it was actually the most exciting part of my life, that I don't have to feel sorry of my situation nor to feel small on myself. I realized that:

1. I should be grateful that some areas of my life fell apart as it means that I have been given the chance to start all over again,

2. I met people who didn't give up on me, but stood-up with me and beside me. People who had been my anchor of strenght when there were people that belittled me, and planted all sort of negative thoughts that evoke self-doubts.

3. I realized that I don't have to proved anything to those who questioned out my ability and capability but to myself.

4. I realized that I have to continously strive winning myself and not to drift away in life, and that is through knowing my WHY.

5. I realized the great importance of selectivity. I learnt to drop what doesn't vibrate life and growth.

6. I realized that changing friends is important. So I have been redefining my circle wisely. And I'm learning to choose "friends" who don't consider me as their option, their downtime, their sparetime, their part time. I learnt to removed people that didn't show respect to my time and schedule. Didn't respect my values. And didn't respect my No. And importantly did't empower me as a person.

7. I learnt to love myself more than I ever did.

Later months of 2017 had been my tipping point.

1. I went extreme on challenging my self, physically. And this speaks volume about self- discipline, and determination.

2. Taming my own demon of self doubt has never been easy, however I realized that this would be a never ending process. However, if self doubt is channelled creatively it will lead to self-improvement and growth.

3. I had been reminded that sometimes we get uprooted to be planted to a better ground and environment that is conducive for growth.

Lastly, be a believer of yourself, and others will follow. Strive to be great because you are. Focus on where you wanna go, don't give up on that vision you have on yourself. If other people speaks bad or negative to you do not be dishearthen but take it as a fuel to improve yourself. Never take less than what you deserve. Dare for more. Be consistent, be focus, and be authentic.

The come back is often 10 folds, when you aspire for it. :)

Ps. Action and result is always better than new years resulotion.
