From one of my friends - a great way to start the new year!

She said, she read an essay today by an artist, Roderick MacIver.
He made this suggestion:
“Write a letter to yourself of five years ago thanking you for something you did then that made your life what it is today.
Write a letter five years in the future to yourself today, thanking you for something you are doing now that will affect the quality of your life.

What do those letters tell you about the currents of energy that underly your life?” Loved that idea!
