I created this video ad for a book created over the holidays, "The Alchemist Leader: Golden Insights for Creating High-Performance Teams."
The book depicts my experiences and lessons learned creating, managing, and motivating high-performance teams over my career, starting at the Naval Academy, going through flight school to the Pentagon, as President of TSN & ASI, Lead Systems Engineer at NAVAIR, and owner of iQue Repair where I worked in high-stake environments and had the privilege working with incredibly talented people.
