50 years ago on September 21st, President Ferdinand Marcos declared Martial Law in the Philippines. This time is remembered in Philippine history for the record number of abuse and attacks on human rights.

Join us on September 24th at 6PM at the Orlando City Hall, as the local Filipino community and students come together through the Malaya Movement Florida for a Candlelight Vigil to honor and commemorate the thousands tortured, imprisoned, and killed under Martial Law rule.

Say Never Again to Marital Law.

Roles available: Photographers Designers Writers PR Committee Are you interested in boosting your resume while making new friends? Joining Sparks Magazine at UCF will help you enhance your creativity, writing, and communication skills and you get to be a part of a family dedicated to promoting advocacy and raising awareness on social issues within the APIDA (Asian Pacific Islander Desi American) community.
