Dear fans. Can we have a moment of silence for a long time dear friend of mine. My green handled shovel. While facing a bush removal by the side porch he was bested 2 bushes in. Fear not. My anger then avenged him as I grabbed a survival shovel and stabbed at it roots as if plunging into the arteries of a sworn enemy in the heat of battle. Rest in peace My dear friend. You were my best My back yard fire friend and fire poker.

Harnessing anger. I have a firewood shed that I need to build with wood prices that are out of this world and a patio going in and the blocks are out front. Stop and think. Who pi**ed you off? Who's done you wrong? Who's told you or made you've feel like you've failed? Kids on you're nerves?

What's you're why?

I went and found salvaged wood and ripped the nails out thinking of things that pi**ed me off (at work people when I'm out driving) saving my self money doing it.

Then carried stacks of blocks and every time I spit in tiredness carrying a stack I thought of all the people who've ever called me weak or made me feel lower than them. 🖕🏻. What's you're block or salvaged lumber? Laundry or dishes you been putting off? Yard work? Harness anger!!!

It will lead to peace and a better you and you're life. Progress.

Part of my new ventures will be called "Anger N Peace" or "Peace N Anger" haven't decided which yet. How to use both to get yourself back into mental a better mental and physical health. And I welcome you all to join me. Here's a quick example of Peace. Self reflection, thinking, and relaxation while fishing and sipping coffee in the evening by the water.

I see some likes coming in and I haven't really even started anything yet! Appreciate the love while I clean this up. Will be looking for guests, people to bu****it with, advertise for, play their music for be it just because or during a video game stream, people to fish and rant about life with ect.
