Your by "societies" standards "perfect" hand crafted face and/or body may grab attention but a well crafted mentality consisting of empathy good values, moral and mindset with intelligence is a where the real magnetic force of attraction is 😍. So love of the exterior is equivalent to a 100m sprint if we comparison with Olympics. And that of the interior and of the mind is in equivalence to a marathon. It will take just 60 seconds to read this and change your thinking...

“Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room.

One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs.

His bed was next to the room's only window.

The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.

The men talked for hours on end.

They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation..

Every afternoon, when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window.

The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.

The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance.

As the man by the window described all this in exquisite details, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine this picturesque scene.

One warm afternoon, the man by the window described a parade passing by.

Although the other man could not hear the band -he could see it in his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.

Days, weeks and months passed.

One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep.

She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away.

As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window.

The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone.

Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window besides the bed.

It faced a blank wall.

The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window.

The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall.

She said, 'Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you.'

Epilogue:

There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations.

Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled.

If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy.

Today is a gift, that’s why it’s called the present.”

Something about the sea, its almost like its calling me I don't think I'll ever cease the desire to keep going back.

There’s nothing more beautiful than the way the ocean refuses to stop kissing the shoreline, no matter how many times it’s sent away. It perseverance and profound persistence is something that gives me strength, amd as daft as it may sound I take inspiration from it to help me with the challenges that come in this life.

See like the ocean, I will never give up! And neither should you, always remember its okay to talk.. I like to take 5 outside sometimes detaching from the constant bombardment of tech, notifications we all live by its somewhat revitalising even if it is just for a minute. 🌊🌎💙✌

"I spent half of my life raising money and now I spend the second half of my life giving it away."
Once you've bought everything you want, there's no material thing that can ever satisfy you. I hope everyone can feel this.

When you realize that no relationship, no money, no kids can make you happy, there is literally nothing that can. You have to find happiness in your mind and in your heart regardless of all that.

Even with all the money in the world, we end up realizing that everything we are looking for is within us and not outside of us.

This water bottle from pound land worth £0.50 don't know about you but always spend £20 on absolute crap in there 🤣🤣

The same bottle at a hotel is now £2.50 and at your airport it’s £4, at a nightclub at 6am it’s closer to £6 per bottle maybe more depends where you are. 📍

So we have the same bottle, same brand. The only thing that has changed is the place. Each place gives a different value to the exact same item.🤔

When you feel worthless, change places, don't stay there! 🫡

Have the courage to change the circle that influences you and go to a place that sees your value! 🆙️

If you're not growing, you're dying. While success is the goal, the experiences you'll have along the way are just more valuable because they are the best teachers, particularly pain and suffering. Notice we don't forget the things that hurt most. This isn't by accident, it's our brain defence mechanism trying to protect us from danger, harm, pain etc.

We must fulfill our human need for growth. Life, learning and more – we crave growth – it's what happens when we're chasing our dreams. You never know how close you are to success🙏💙 Never give up!

Broken 💔

I was in B&M last night, and there was a lady and two kids behind me in the LONG line. One was a big kid, and the other one was a toddler. The bigger one had a pack of glow sticks, and the toddler was screaming for them. The Mum opened the pack and gave him one which stopped his tears. He walked around with it smiling; but then the bigger boy took it, and the toddler started screaming again. Just as the Mum was about to fuss, the older child bent the glow stick and handed it back to the toddler. As we walked outside at the same time, the toddler noticed that the stick was now glowing; and his brother said, "I had to break it so that you could get the full effect from it."
I almost ran, because l could hear God saying to me, "I had to break you to show you why I created you. You had to go through it so you could fulfill your purpose."
That precious child was happy just swinging that "unbroken" glow stick around in the air, because he didn't understand what it was created to do - which was "glow".
There are some people who will be content just "being," but some of us are chosen... we have to be "broken."
We have to get sick.
We have to lose a job.
We go through a divorce.
We have to bury our spouse, parents, best friend, or our child...
In those moments of desperation, We were broken. But... when the breaking is done, then we will be able to see the reason for which we were created. So when you see us glowing, just know that we have been broken!
