It's amazing how books have the power to transport us to different worlds and provide solace during difficult times. Us Houston book baes are currently dealing with the aftermath of a hurricane and being without power going on three days ! What better way to pass the time by revisiting an oldie yet goodie ! The Prada plan is gripping read full of twists and turns. It's always amazing when a book can evoke such strong emotions no matter how many times you read it. I always get sad at Mona dying ! I also can’t stand the way Indie leaves YAYA without getting her side of the story & we all know that damn Leah was crazy as hell ! If you haven’t read this series and you looking for something good that will keep your attention I highly recommend this series Stay safe bookbaes !

So far, this is a Two-book series about 3 friends, all dealing with their own life choices and relationship issues.

Tori has been with her husband forever and has dealt with infidelity as well as being attacked. Now she’s trying to figure out if her marriage is worth saving.

Tania is transitioning back home to take care of her mom after the death of her dad, when she’s thrust into a relationship with her friend. She’s dealing with some unhealed traumas when it comes to love and relationships and is trying to decide if she wants to reciprocate the love that he is trying to give her.

Winter is trying her best to be an independent woman, working in a strip club, trying to put herself through school when she meets her man. He wants her to quit stripping and allow him to take care of her needs. She’s trying to decide if that’s what she want and where she wants to be.

This is a really good and juicy series by . If you’re a series lover, get into it.

This series is definitely a 5 Star read. I’d give it 10 if I could. did her thing when she created the Capone series. If you still haven’t taken time out to engross yourself into these characters lives, then you’re doing yourself a disservice because book 3 will be out in a matter of days.

Now, get to reading so you’ll be ready because I have a feeling that in book 3- ITS GOING DOWN!!!

our girl is about to drop Capone 3 on July 7th and we cannot waittttt!!! This series has been sooo juicy and I just know Anybody whose claims to love African American and Urban Fiction has been tuned in!!!

Book 2 left us with our mouths wide open so we can’t wait to see if there’s a lil baby on the way😉

So much drama between book 1 & 2 that Jahquel got me wanting to put out a hit on some folks 🤭🤭🤭 I be mad and cussing at these characters.

Now I gotta figure out what I’ma do with my life for the next 8 days, 7 hours, 17 minutes, and 59, 58, 57, 56, 55…seconds.

Any guesses on where book 3 is going? 🤔🤔🤔
