Happy New Year to our clients and friends.

As 2024 came to a close, we marked an important transition as our fearless leader and co-founder Mike has stepped back from his day-to-day role of Executive Director of Broadcast to focus on his health after being diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. While no longer at the helm of Roll.Focus., Mike remains involved with offering consultation and guidance to our team, sharing his invaluable wisdom as we move forward. His vision and leadership remain the foundation of who we are as we approach our tenth anniversary of the company this spring.

In this time of transition, business operations run as usual in our production and broadcast departments with Amanda’s role continuing as Executive Director, and Tyler being promoted to Managing Producer. We’re also excited to share some updates about the talented team stepping into new roles to continue Mike’s legacy:

Morgan Miles, Managing Producer

Morgan Miles is a media professional with a degree in Professional Communications from Royal Roads University and a diploma in TV and Video Production from BCIT. He believes in the constant pursuit of knowledge and is always learning and improving to make each project stronger than the next.

With a passion for storytelling and technical expertise, Morgan thrives in dynamic environments. Though not the tallest in stature, his impact is anything but small, delivering big results with precision and creativity.

Aidan Milburn, Digital Marketing Coordinator

Creatively driven, Aidan is a videographer and filmmaker looking to share his ideas and vision within the world of video production and film. Currently in his 4th year of business at the University of Victoria, he has experience with creative directing, management, digital marketing, and team leadership.

If he doesn’t have a camera in his hands, he can be found listening to and making music, biking, or hopelessly cheering for his favorite basketball team.

We appreciate all of the love and support we have received from clients, friends and family over the last year and we look forward to continuing our work together.
