The Missionary Family Podcast Building God's Kingdom by living out the Great Commission The primary purpose of the podcast is to share the Gospel with all who listen.

The Missionary Family podcast was born from a desire that I,Genie Summers, have had for a long time to produce a regular broadcast focused on family and missions. After promising for a few years to assist me to produce a podcast, my son John Paul Summers finally became convinced of the need for the podcast to happen. As we began to more fully develop the idea of a podcast, it became clear that thi

s was clearly a ministry opportunity, and one that we enjoy pursuing together as co-hosts. It also has the aim of providing a resource for Catholics, and our non-Catholic brothers and sisters; particularly those who are married with families. Finally, we hope that the podcast can raise awareness for lay Catholic missions and the work of Family Missions Company, and encourage listeners to live lives of faith in action.
