The Bell is an online literary magazine that provides a space for 7-12th grade Philadelphians to submit and publish their work, as well as receive individual and thoughtful feedback on their writing. We are a Kelly Writers House initiative, focused on publishing provocative, high quality work ranging from poetry to prose to art to whatever else piques our interest. Founded with the aim to eliminat

e the “aspiring” from “aspiring writer,” we encourage Philadelphia students to see themselves as writers, artists, thinkers and individuals.
