I love to dance and this week is a celebration of dance!

I found this book ten years ago and it helped me visualize the way my body moves. I just browsed the exercises coz you can get the same conditioning from ballet and Pilates. But if you're inclined to use squishy balls and elastic bands, go for it.

This second edition adds online links but I couldn't open them. The value for me was reviewing how to relax, loosen up, balance, stretch, and B-R-E-A-T-H-E !!

This is highly technical and well-illustrated, though a direct marketing of the author's invented method. Caveat: the author is a veteran dancer, choreographer, and consultant but is not a health professional. Still, every dancer will gain a greater understanding of how all the parts of the body moves in unison, so we can dance better.

It's never too late to do what you love. We don't have to be Beyoncé but we can all be partying!

Prolific professional writer Michael knows what it takes to succeed and stay prolific in a career filled with rejection and unpredictability.

I love this book and Michael’s direct simple style. Easily readable and practical. So many great advice on finding opportunities, dealing with bosses, and finding gold in any writing. I keep rereading it.

It’s inspiring to see Michael create in TV, movie, book, audio, and comics. He tells you how he did it and how to stay in the game.
