Volatile Movement Volatile Movement Creative Productions is the project of Australian-born filmmaker Djuna Violeta. Djuna has been producing short films since she was 14.

She is intrigued by the possibilities of film and the artistic quality of the way randomly shot and acquired footage can be ordered and compiled to create an aesthetic effect. As well as producing short art films and pieces of an experimental nature, Djuna is also working on more narrative-based works, hoping to blur the line between fiction and reality by drawing attention to the filmmaking proce

ss and interrupting the illusion. She is influenced by Lars von Trier, David Lynch, Jim Jarmusch and Robert Altman, as well as Christopher Guest and his mockumentaries.
