100 - Addressing & Living with TRAUMA with Sarah Durant - Sarah Durant is a therapist providing psychotherapy in Portland, Maine. She helps her clients through a variety of therapies including Gottman Couples' Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET). This episode covers how to address and heal from trauma. We share our thoughts on the rigid definition of PTSD, and how we would both want to see this diagnosis evolve. We discuss various techniques and coping strategies we both use with our patients.

He shares how this adversity shaped his journey from a software engineer towards medicine. In this episode, we discuss philosophy around death, relationships, and health.
