So FYI ladies, when you say you want to be โtonedโ what youโre really saying is I want to build lean muscle mass . The only way to get toned is by building muscle. And if all youโre doing is cardio, you will never get the tone body that you want. . I wasted years in the beginning of my fitness journey by doing detoxes and cleanses and going to the gym only doing cardio thinking that it was gonna get me the result that I wanted. . I WAS WRONG . Alcoholic Drinks You Can Enjoy, Without Ruining Your Progressโผ๏ธ (SAVE THIS) . So itโs the holidays! So even if youโve been really consistent all year we all want to kick back and enjoy the holidays. And sometimes it involves drinking a glass of wine or two. . The truth is that, even if you eat super healthy most of the time, too much alcohol can hinder your weight loss and can even lead to weight gain. But the good news is that you can still enjoy a drink without sabotaging your weight loss goals. . Here are eight drinks did I order and I donโt want to sabotage my progress. They are low in calories and very low in sugar! . 1๏ธโฃDry white or red wine (about 105 Calories per 5 oz Serving) 2๏ธโฃProsecco/Champagne (about 100 cals per 5oz) 3๏ธโฃWhite Claw or any spiked seltzers(less than 150 cals) 4๏ธโฃ Skinny Bitch - vodka, soda, lime juice (around 100 cals) 5๏ธโฃDry Martini 6๏ธโฃ ANY Liquor Straight (fun fact most liquors have zero carbs and around 100 or so calories per shot) 7๏ธโฃ any liquor with diet soda 8๏ธโฃ Light Beer ( my go to like beer is Michelob ultra, or Bud Light) . . ๐ฃThese foods may be killing your progressโผ๏ธ . Now I want to reiterate that these foods are not Bad you just have to eat them in moderation. . Eating too much of these things will put you over your calorie deficit and cause you to gain weight. . Thatโs why it is best to track your food using apps like my fitness pal, or a carb manager. . when you are trying to be in a calorie deficit, if you do not track your calories you literally have no clue how much youโre eating. You could be eating too much or or not enough. . Both of these will slow down your progress. . Hereโs a couple simple things you can implement if you want to start losing some weight ๐ช๐พ๐ช๐พ ( do this ONLY if you want real results) . . 1๏ธโฃAt the end of the day it doesnโt matter what you do to lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit. PERIOD . 2๏ธโฃ you donโt know if youโre in a calorie deficit if youโre not tracking your food. I highly suggest tracking your food with an app like MYFITNESSPAL . 3๏ธโฃ I know some people think that you should lose the weight before you start strength training. But you really should be doing both at the same time. Your exercise regimen should always include strength training and cardio. TONS OF STRENGTH WORKOUTS ON MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL! . 4๏ธโฃ personally for me I like the keto diet when I am in weight loss mode. Keto also has tons of other benefits other than weight loss. However keto may or may not work for you, so find what works best for you and stick to it! . 5๏ธโฃ if youโre in a calorie deficit you definitely donโt want to be wasting your calories on sugary drinks. For most people if you just cut out drinking soda and juice, you can cut your calories by 500 or more each day. DRINK WATER! . .
